Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Associate)
The candidate will work directly with senior members of our commercial real estate practice group to draft, negotiate, and finalize all manners of transaction-related deliverables involving the purchase, sale, transfer, and leasing of U.S.-based commercial property. Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and handling acquisitions and dispositions. A J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in the jurisdiction of the resident office location or where the work is performed. Should have 3+ years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions. Excellent writing and time management skills are needed. A cooperative and collaborative approach to the practice of law. Commercial finance experience is preferred. Proficiency in more than one language (reading/writing/conversational) is needed.
