Duties

• Handle renewable energy transactional work, such as joint ventures and commercial agreements.
• Engage in engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for renewable energy facilities.
• Participate in financing transactions within the energy and natural resources sector.
• Contribute to oil and gas projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Proficiency in managing complex transactional work.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assume responsibility.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Colorado or eligibility to waive in.
