Duties
- Conduct empathetic attorney consultations for various legal areas.
- Evaluate client needs and provide honest, clear guidance.
- Collaborate with legal department leads to refine case acceptance criteria.
- Advise the intake team on case suitability and lead quality improvement.
- Engage in lead generation and support partnership presentations.
- Conduct warm outreach to potential new clients.
- Deliver seminars or workshops as needed.
- Maintain organized CRM records of consultations and client interactions.
- Ensure strong client service and maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Virginia State Bar admission required; Maryland and DC are a plus.
- Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with a drive for personal and firm growth.
- Committed to providing credible, high-quality advice.
- Comfortable working with intake teams, attorneys, and sales leadership.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Admission to the Virginia State Bar.
