Duties

• Handle litigation matters involving employment law and commercial disputes.
• Engage in single plaintiff and class action cases.
• Collaborate with a diverse practice group on complex legal issues.
• Participate in state and administrative charge cases.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Colorado.
• Experience in labor and employment litigation preferred; other civil litigation experience considered.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills required.
• Motivated to join a busy national practice and assume responsibility for cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
