Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate for its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-level IP litigation matters involving complex legal and technical issues. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering outstanding results for clients in a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment.

Location:

• Houston, TX

Duties:

• Represent clients in a broad range of intellectual property disputes

• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda

• Manage discovery processes, including depositions and document review

• Contribute to trial strategy and trial preparation

• Work closely with other attorneys in a team-oriented environment

• Engage with clients and support business development activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience with Federal Circuit cases is considered a plus

• Demonstrated ability to understand and address complex subject matter

• Strong collaborative skills with a client-service mindset

• Must be eligible to practice law in the jurisdiction of intended employment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Undergraduate degree required

• Graduate transcripts should be submitted if applicable

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction

Skills:
