Duties
Provide legal counsel on transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters
Manage mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings
Support investment fund transactions, joint ventures, and financing transactions
Advise clients on corporate structuring and compliance
Draft and negotiate legal documents and contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel
Ensure client objectives are met effectively and efficiently
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice preferred
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Admission to the Delaware State Bar (required)
