Duties

• Lead and manage a team of Case Managers and Assistants.
• Review demand letters for high-value injury cases.
• Conduct client meetings to assess claims and provide guidance.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
• Maintain communication with clients for updates and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Litigation Team for trial preparation.
• Conduct audits of pre-litigation cases for quality assurance.
• Collaborate on case strategy and valuation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, client-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar.
