A law firm in Naples, FL, is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience. The associate attorney will work closely with partners in the Business Litigation practice to handle a variety of legal tasks and responsibilities.

Duties:

• Draft substantive pleadings and motions for business litigation cases.
• Prepare responses to discovery requests and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Assist in case preparation, including gathering and organizing evidence and documentation.
• Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings as needed.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of experience in business litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
