Duties

• Assist in patent prosecution and related tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on patent matters.
• Conduct technical research and analysis.
• Prepare and draft patent applications.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
• Two to five years of patent prosecution experience.
• Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register.
• Experience with automotive control systems, oil & gas tools, or medical devices.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Certifications

• USPTO registration or eligibility to register.
