Duties

• Meet with clients for consultations and develop case strategies.
• Research legal strategies to provide excellent service to clients.
• Attend court proceedings related to clients' immigration cases, including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings.
• Provide legal guidance and assistance to all clients.

Requirements

• Admission to the PA Bar or another State Bar is required.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
• Conduct respectful and compassionate meetings with clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar License (Required).
