Duties:

• Represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and other relevant agencies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft detailed legal briefs.
• Interview clients to gather case-specific information.
• Prepare clients for court hearings and interviews.
• Assist in handling diverse immigration cases, including visa applications and deportation defense.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in any U.S. state.
• Strong research and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in any U.S. state (required).
