Duties:

• Manage complex commercial litigation and healthcare-related cases
• Draft and review legal documents including motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various complex legal issues
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop strategies
• Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
• Provide exceptional client service while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation
• Experience in complex commercial or healthcare litigation is preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• New York State Bar license in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York
