A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated First-Party Coverage Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases related to first-party property, bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation. Duties:

• Handle first-party property and insurance coverage litigation cases.
• Manage case progression in both state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions, make court appearances, and provide litigation support.
• Work closely with clients to develop legal strategies and provide timely advice.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to build and strengthen case strategies.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparations.

Requirements:

• Experience in first-party property, bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation.
• Practical case management experience in both state and federal courts.
• Strong research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Ability to take depositions, manage discovery processes, and handle court appearances.
• Proven experience in trial preparation and strategy.
• Must be admitted and in good standing in California.
• Additional Bar admissions in other states are a plus.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in California (additional states preferred).

• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
