Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients through all phases of dispute resolution, including pre-trial investigations, discovery processes, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings.

• Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis to develop winning litigation strategies tailored to each unique client matter.

• Engage with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and experts to gather pertinent information and maintain strong communication throughout the legal process.

• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are exceeded.

• When appropriate, participate in mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

• Stay informed on evolving laws, regulations, and litigation trends relevant to client industries and case matters.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to offer comprehensive legal counsel and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

• 3-5 years of substantive experience managing litigated matters from inception through resolution.

• Demonstrated capability in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy is highly desirable.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, persuasive writing, and oral communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with a talent for juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in utilizing legal research tools and technology to support case development.
