The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in state and local administrative and regulatory litigation, advising on regulatory developments, and handling complex energy transactions and project financing.

Duties

• Research complex legal matters and provide sound advice.
• Author high-quality written materials to support client needs.
• Represent clients in various forums, including court appearances and administrative procedures.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff both in-office and virtually.
• Mentor and support the training of other attorneys.
• Assign support work to associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Present educational materials on the latest developments in their area of expertise.
• Accurately account for time spent supporting clients and the firm.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Maine Bar admission or ability to acquire it.
• Demonstrated mastery of legal skills.
• Ability to lead teams with expertise and leadership skills.

Education
