Job Overview:

Duties:

• Representing clients in consumer financial services litigation matters, including cases involving FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court appearances
• Participating in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations
• Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff on case management and strategy

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar in good standing
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on consumer financial services
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Admissions to other state Bars a plus
