Duties

• Represent clients in leveraged and syndicated lending transactions.
• Draft, edit, and review financial documents, including loan agreements and security documentation.
• Manage client and counsel relationships effectively.
• Communicate complex legal matters clearly and concisely.
• Take on increased responsibility in transaction management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of law firm experience in finance transactions.
• Experience in leveraged finance preferred.
• Strong business acumen and proactive approach.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State bar admission.
