The ideal attorney will bring leadership, strategic foresight, and persuasive advocacy to a team dedicated to impactful representation.

Duties:

• Lead complex class action litigation from investigation through resolution

• Develop a case strategy and oversee factual and legal research

• Draft high-level pleadings, motions, and appellate documents

• Manage discovery efforts and supervise support staff and junior attorneys

• Conduct depositions, participate in mediations, and argue motions in court

• Coordinate with co-counsel and expert witnesses

• Maintain clear communication with class members and client representatives

• Monitor legislative and judicial developments affecting class actions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience litigating class action matters

• Prior role as lead attorney in class action litigation

• Strong record of legal writing and courtroom advocacy

• Demonstrated ability to manage case teams and timelines independently

• Passion for representing collective interests and achieving systemic impact

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission in good standing to a U.S. state bar

• Colorado Bar membership or willingness to obtain promptly
