Duties

• Handle a robust caseload of insurance litigation cases across various lines, including annuity, health, life, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty insurance
• Address regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues related to corporate governance, investment, market conduct, public policy, and solvency
• Engage in direct client interactions, providing strategic counsel and fostering long-term client relationships
• Actively participate in business development activities and build a professional network within the insurance industry
• Collaborate with colleagues while managing cases independently

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience, ideally within insurance or a related field
• Strong commitment to developing expertise in insurance law and expanding client relationships
• Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload while contributing to team initiatives

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar admission in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York, depending on location
