A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Fund Finance practice in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience representing financial sponsors and/or lenders in subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and management company financings. Duties

• Represent financial sponsors and lenders in various financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex financial agreements.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Advise clients on fund finance matters and strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in fund finance.
• Admitted to the New York Bar with excellent credentials.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house at a sponsor or bank.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
