Duties

• Evaluate trademark and copyright claims.
• Draft demand letters and responses.
• Prepare and file TTAB documents.
• Conduct complex brief writing.
• Manage heavy document discovery.
• Participate in 1st/2nd chair depositions.
• Draft settlement and coexistence agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in all aspects of trademark and copyright litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
