Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and residential real estate agreements

• Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for property acquisitions and sales

• Coordinate with title companies, lenders, brokers, and third parties involved in real estate deals

• Represent clients in real estate closings and related proceedings

• Provide strategic legal counsel for land use, development, and regulatory compliance

• Maintain timely and accurate case documentation and client correspondence

• Stay informed of legal developments impacting real estate practices

Requirements

• Previous experience practicing real estate law (required)

• Ability to manage multiple real estate matters independently

• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated interest in deepening knowledge of real estate law

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (required)
