Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel in employment law matters with a focus on policy and contract drafting.
• Conduct research and provide well-reasoned answers to inquiries related to day-to-day employment issues.
• Handle all aspects of lawsuit discovery, including document review, depositions, and witness interviews.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents for litigation support.
• Demonstrate significant litigation experience, ensuring effective representation of clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, including counseling and litigation support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado or eligibility for admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Colorado or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

• Proficiency in employment policy and contract drafting.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Ability to provide effective counsel on day-to-day employment issues.
