Duties

• Provide comprehensive advice and counsel on employment-related matters.
• Assist clients with statutory and regulatory compliance issues.
• Draft and negotiate executive employment and separation agreements.
• Advise on the employment dimensions of mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Participate in employment litigation, as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in employment counseling.
• Familiarity with statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating employment agreements.
• Knowledge of employment aspects of M&A transactions.
• Some litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction.
