Part-time Project Consultant Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for gathering all files scheduled on their dockets; appearing in court or a timely basis; communicating with victims; documenting accurately and reflecting plea agreements; and calculating/correcting sentencing guidelines. Evaluate and discuss cases with their supervisor; and make reasonable recommendations for disposition options in a case. Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan. Should have knowledge of criminal law, evidence, and be competent in research and writing.
