Duties

• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Prepare and review case-related materials, including correspondence and settlement demands

• Provide expert legal counsel to clients on strategy and potential case outcomes

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution

• Oversee and coordinate with paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize client recovery

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

• Minimum of 1–2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm environment

• Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Commitment to providing outstanding client service

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.)

• Excellent legal research and writing skills
