Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation cases, including hearings and settlement negotiations

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex case issues to develop effective strategies

• Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings in support of litigation efforts

• Collaborate with legal team members to gather evidence and prepare case files

• Maintain open and professional communication with clients throughout the legal process

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of workers’ compensation experience

• Demonstrated interest in personal injury or civil litigation

• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines

• Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative work style

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California

• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
