Description:
A highly regarded boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Senior Regulatory Attorney to join its team. This firm specializes in aviation, transportation, and regulatory law, advising clients on compliance, policy, and legislative matters. The ideal candidate will have experience handling regulatory issues before agencies such as the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or other regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Advise aviation, transportation, and corporate clients on regulatory compliance, licensing, and policy matters.
• Represent clients before federal agencies, including the DOT, FAA, and other relevant regulators.
• Provide legal counsel on international and domestic aviation regulatory issues.
• Work closely with clients to develop strategies that comply with evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Assist with business development efforts and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of regulatory experience, preferably in aviation, transportation, or administrative law.
• Prior experience at a leading law firm or government agency with regulatory oversight responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and international aviation regulations.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
