Duties

• Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings, including trials and hearings.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Manage case files efficiently while maintaining meticulous records of all communications and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice regarding their cases.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in laws relevant to litigation practices and client interests.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
• Proven experience in litigation preferred, but not required.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files and documentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
