Duties:

• Provide expert legal representation to clients in real estate-related matters, thoroughly evaluating the facts and providing strategic counsel.
• Address client concerns and respond to queries to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Engage actively in industry-related organizations and committees, enhancing the firm's visibility within the legal community.
• Represent the firm at both internal and external events, maintaining its reputation as a leader in real estate law.
• Perform additional duties as required to achieve both legal and departmental management goals.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree and an active California Bar license.
• 7-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in California, specifically in real estate law.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and trials effectively.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to multitask while managing tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, with experience working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in landlord-tenant disputes and habitability law.
• Familiarity with ProLaw or similar billing/document management software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in real estate law.
• Strong litigation and trial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant legal software (e.g., ProLaw, billing, and document management tools).
