Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed written analyses

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Take and defend depositions

• Represent clients in court hearings and settlement negotiations

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

• Manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Collaborate with senior attorneys for strategic case development and legal support

Requirements:

• Strong interest in civil litigation, particularly in trust and probate matters

• Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment

• A commitment to professional growth and learning

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar membership

Skills:

• Advanced legal writing and drafting skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Ability to handle complex legal research and case management

• Proficient with legal software and tools for case management and documentation

• Experience with depositions, court appearances, and settlements preferred
