The successful candidate will engage in all facets of intellectual property litigation, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Duties:

• Manage and develop court submissions relevant to infringement and validity.
• Oversee discovery processes, motions, expert opinions, and trial work.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a supportive work culture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments in intellectual property law.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly in high-tech sectors.
• Must be barred and in good standing in the state of practice.
• Admission to the USPTO is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills.

Education:

• Graduate degree in technology fields such as electrical engineering, computer sciences, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering, or material sciences.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in the state of practice.
• USPTO admission is preferred.
