Responsibilities: Coordinate, review, and prepare briefing materials, presentations and correspondences for League, committee and other meetings. Prepare drafts of contracts, amendments, releases and schedules using established templates or precedent. Conduct research and compile and organize informational reports. Maintain organizational documents and corporate registration compliance for League-level entities. Coordinate with the finance department and other business units on process management (i.e., contract process, annual updates). Work closely with senior and executive-level on ad hoc projects. Perform any other assigned duties.
