Duties

• Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation phase.
• Conduct client intakes and maintain ongoing client communications.
• Analyze liability, damages, insurance coverage, and medical records.
• Draft and review comprehensive demand packages.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Advise clients regarding settlement offers and case strategy.
• Collaborate closely with case managers and medical clerks.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing in at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates (TX, NM, or AZ); multi-state licensure is a plus.
• 1-5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, legal writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent client communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license in good standing in at least one jurisdiction (TX, NM, or AZ).
