• Prepare correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in California; additional states are an asset.
• 1-3 years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Experience in commercial general liability preferred.
• Federal court experience.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.
