• Manage breach of contract claims.
• Prepare and negotiate construction contracts and change orders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience.
• Experience with construction-related agreements.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong references.
• Superb written and oral communication skills.
• CA Bar membership is required.
• Prior AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar.
