A respected law firm based in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a motivated Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice. Duties:

• Conduct a detailed review and analysis of case files and claims.

• Perform extensive legal research and draft substantive legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and appellate materials.

• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.

• Represent clients during court proceedings, arbitrations, depositions, and related events.

• Prepare expert witnesses and collaborate during the litigation process.

• Prepare cases for trial and provide trial support.

• Maintain an annual billable requirement of 1,950 hours.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for casework.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage matters preferred.

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania; additional bar admissions are a plus.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities.

• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

• Excellent client communication skills and professional responsiveness.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
