• Manage at-the-market offerings and public company reporting compliance.
• Advise on SEC compliance, disclosure matters, and governance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Nasdaq/NYSE regulations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of law firm experience in capital markets and public company work.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
