Location

Duties

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters from inception to resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence

• Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed case analyses

• Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel

• Participate in trials as lead or supporting counsel depending on experience

• Maintain compliance with firm standards and court deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience

• Experience in insurance defense, including auto liability, UM/UIM, bad faith, or first-party claims preferred

• Familiarity with Pennsylvania legal procedures and case law

• Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings

• Ability to manage multiple active files effectively

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

• Member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
