Duties

• Represent professionals and organizations in liability defense matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with supervising attorneys on litigation strategy

• Maintain and manage case documentation and deadlines

Requirements

• 1–4 years of litigation experience

• Experience in professional liability defense preferred

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

• Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong academic performance required

Certifications

• Active member of the New Jersey Bar
