Duties:

• Prepare and draft demand packages for personal injury claims.

• Conduct audits of case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with case managers to delegate and oversee tasks related to claims processing.

• Assist in supervising departmental operations and procedures alongside the Director of Pre-Litigation.

• Monitor statutes of limitations (SOL) and ensure timely action on cases.

• Evaluate claims for merit and provide recommendations for case strategy, including transitioning to litigation when necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California Bar.

• 0-2 years of experience in personal injury law.

• Strong understanding of the personal injury claim process.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
