Location:

• St. Simons Island, Georgia

Duties:

• Handle civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Make court appearances and argue motions

• Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses

• Manage complex case files and work closely with clients and legal teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a defense law firm

• Demonstrated experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances

• Ability to manage a complex caseload independently

• Must currently hold an active license to practice law in the state of Georgia

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Georgia (required)
