Duties

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate transactional matters.
• Strong understanding of technology, intellectual property, and data privacy laws.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

• Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence and quantum computing is a plus.
• Must reside and be barred in a jurisdiction with a U.S. office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia, Illinois, Texas, or Massachusetts preferred.
