The candidate will promote, create, and implement a positive, supportive, first-class work environment for all the Team members. Work with key stakeholders in creating a five-star Concierge style experience for the team members and guests. Greeting, welcoming, and engaging with members and guests. Monitor the physical space appearance. Suggest/propose/ improve internal craft services (including all resources relating to the café). Suggest/ Propose/ Plan/ Coordinate and take the lead on all in-office or out-of-office events. Work as the liaison with third-party vendors for all Hospitality related activities. Act as the main point of contact for the daily hoteling schedule at the office. Manage the daily hoteling schedule including the assignment of a Dedicated Work Space for each member. Ensure members’ Dedicated Work Spaces are appropriately set up with all necessary resources prior to their arrival for the work day. Manage/organize the safe storage of all resources regarding the hoteling process. Coordinate with the Front Reception team in the timely ordering and delivery of needed office supplies. Arrange special services as needed by members or guests. Support internal conferences, partner meetings, etc. as needed. Work with the Recruitment Manager to ensure that the recruitment process is a pleasurable, inviting experience. Develop a network of contacts, service providers, and businesses to serve members and guests. Support the logistics/planning/execution of the move of the office to a new location. should have 2-3 years of concierge experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industries; a degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management or certification/ training as a Concierge; dedication to your team to arrive on time and work collaboratively; strong relationship-building skills, to build bonds with colleagues, guests, clients, and leadership; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and ability to multitask; Impeccable attention to detail, pride in the quality of work, and energy.
