• Represent clients in all phases of workers' compensation proceedings

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies based on in-depth analysis

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documentation

• Negotiate settlements and engage in hearings on behalf of clients

• Collaborate with legal team members to gather evidence and prepare case files

• Maintain strong client communication and ensure professional service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of workers' compensation litigation experience

• Background in civil litigation or personal injury law preferred

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently

• Strong client advocacy and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and verbal communication skills
