Duties

• Provide guidance on ERISA plan investments.
• Develop and manage qualified retirement plans and health and welfare programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and financings.
• Familiarity with ERISA plan investments preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Georgia.
