Location:

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters involving plaintiffs and defendants

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies

• Represent clients at hearings, motions, and trials

• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates and legal advice

• Stay current with legal developments relevant to civil litigation practice

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil and commercial matters

• Ability to manage cases independently from intake through trial preparation

• Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants preferred

• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar

Skills:

• Strong legal analysis, research, and drafting skills

• Effective communicator with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
