Job Overview
A law firm seeks an experienced real estate and business attorney to join its Toledo, OH office. The ideal candidate will have approximately four years of practice experience, with a strong background in managing complex commercial real estate transactions and general business and corporate law.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and financing documents.
• Oversee real estate transactions from inception through closing with minimal supervision.
• Manage joint venture agreements and related real estate contracts.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio and/or Michigan.
• Strong legal research background and training.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Self-awareness and willingness to grow and learn.
• Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio and/or Michigan.
