Litigation Associate
The candidate's duties will include first-chair depositions, argue motions, draft legal briefs and pleadings, supervise day-to-day case management functions and develop and implement litigation strategies, take cases to trial. The firm specializes in patent litigation. Should preferably have California Bar admission. 2+ years of litigation experience at a firm, government office, and/or judicial clerkship is desired. Must have experience with drafting pleadings, drafting legal briefs, drafting written discovery, conducting legal research and managing discovery projects. Solid grounding in legal technology is a plus. Excellent written and oral communications skills are expected.
