Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of litigation cases, provide legal advice to clients, and represent them in court proceedings.

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with a team to manage cases and prepare for trials and arbitrations.
• Provide legal advice to clients involved in lawsuits.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado or able to be waived in.
• Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial attitude.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exemplary client service skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications:
